MiharaYasuhiro AW05 Distressed Sheepskin Leather Jacket
Made in Japan
Started with “archi doom”, a small leather workshop in collaboration with local Japanese shoes manufacturer then later on established his eponymous label in 1998, with an incredible run of almost three decades up until now, Mihara Yasuhiro has worked himself to be one of the most prominent Japanese fashion designer of our time, renowned for his unique approach to designs, combined traditional craftsmanship with streetwear-inspired elements, resulting in avant-garde collections thats beloved by fashion enthusiasts worldwide. As yall can tell by now, I’m a huge fan of Mihara Yasuhiro’s earlier work. Showcasing an insane jacket from Autumn/Winter 2005, constructed entirely out of pre-distressed sheepskin leather, feature raw edge, natural dark skin spots and notably a removable leather flap at the front.
