Our Nicolas Andreas Taralis archive collection presents a rare and compelling body of work from a designer straddling fine tailoring and avant-garde aesthetic. A Canadian-born creative who studied at Parsons School of Design in New York and later under Helmut Lang at Vienna’s University of Applied Arts Vienna, Taralis commenced his career assisting Hedi Slimane at Dior Homme. In 2008 he relaunched his eponymous label, crafting garments characterized by master-tailoring, layered proportions, neo-gothic tonalities and unfinished stitching detailing. This archive collection is defined by monochromatic palettes, exposed construction and a gender-neutral vision—fashion that is architectural yet intensely personal.
