Unlike previous collections, which were typically conceived and executed within Undercover’s headquarters, this marked Takahashi’s inaugural endeavor created outside the brand’s usual setting. Entitled ‘2020’, the collection delves into bold, monochromatic patterns and explores diverse textures. A standout feature of this collection is the utilization of 3D modeling to present all designs digitally, making them accessible to a global audience. The particular sweater embodies Jun Takahashi’s eternal obsession of punk/rock and its aesthetic. Resembling Vivienne Westwood’s Seditionaries iconic bondage muslin top, this piece is crafted entirely from high-gauge black wool, feature an oversized sleeves with adjustable metal hooks and comfortable loose fit.
