Renowned for his dark, avant-garde aesthetic and distinctive, sculptural silhouettes, he studied pattern making at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College before launching his eponymous label in 1994. Custom woven by Yamaashi Orimono on vintage Sakamoto shuttle looms, these particular denim were cut from 16oz Japanese denim for extreme durability and feature straight fit with a subtle bootcut at hem.
