DIOR HOMME SS05 “BECK” Military Button-up Blazer

  During his tenure at Dior Homme, Hedi Slimane redefined men’s fashion with his slim silhouettes and rock-inspired aesthetics. The Spring/Summer 2005 collection, often referred to as “Beck,” was notably influenced by musician Beck Hansen, who composed a 22-minute soundtrack for the runway show.  This collection drew heavily from grunge and military styles, featuring army-surplus jackets, sleeveless plaid shirts with raw hems, and hip-slung jeans. A standout piece from this collection is the military-inspired blazer.
