Appointed in February 2018 as Celine’s Artistic, Creative, and Image Director, Hedi Slimane redefined the house by dropping the accent from its name, overhauling its logo, and launching menswear, haute couture, and a perfumes line. Based between Los Angeles and Paris, he infused Celine with his signature indie‑rock minimalism, revitalized its retail presence globally, and propelled its commercial growth. After six impactful years, he departed in October 2024 leaving a big shoes to filledfor designer that comes after. These particular pair of denim were never released under the public and only were presented to official Celine’s retail staff as uniform, making them a true collector’s item.
