BALENCIAGA SS21 Neoprene Houndstooth Over-printed Pants

Balenciaga, the Spanish fashion house was founded in 1919 by Cristóbal Balenciaga, hailed as the “Master of Haute Couture”. Since 2015, the label has been under the creative direction of Demna Gvasalia, whom has successfully integrated his avant-garde streetwear-inspired aesthetic with the brand’s rich heritage, his designs have resonated with a new generation of consumers, propelling Balenciaga to the forefront of the industry. Showcasing particular pants design Spring/Summer 2021 collection, the presentation was considering the shifting sense of reality through the lens of technology, whereas reality and fiction is indistinguishable from each other; all of the 54 Runway looks were modelled by the one only Eliza Douglas; featuring clothes that illustrate perfectly the collection’s alternate reality theme.
