Collection: Maison Anonimo
Maison Anonimo Archive Clothing Collection
Our Maison Noumu archive collection unveils pieces of profound singularity from a Japanese fashion atelier rooted in philosophical craft. Based in Otofuke, Hokkaido, the label was founded in 2021 by Takayuki Abe after his formative years in Milan and a personal journey that informed the deeper purpose behind his work. “Noumu”, meaning “thick fog,” offers a poetic metaphor for the brand’s aesthetic—dark, structural, and quietly enigmatic. Each garment or leather good is crafted from rare fabrics or custom-processed leather, created in extremely limited runs (often one-of-a-kind pieces) and designed to serve as “irreplaceable” objects for their wearers. More than a label, Maison Noumu positions itself as an existential endeavor: Abe’s own recovery from illness and his philosophical engagement drive the brand’s ethos of valuing the individual through craftsmanship. The result is an archive collection where each piece feels less like apparel and more like a companion in time.
